We accept Returns & Exchanges Within a 30 day period on any of our products. This is only accepted if your item has not been damaged due to wear and tear of the product (this may include scratches, pulls, rips ect) due to your behalf.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted when the products are in acceptable condition to be sold onto another. To ensure this quality, we recommend that you only try the product on your dog to avoid any damage being made and becoming un-returnable.
